Coupe Regular Ice Stir

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 3/4 oz. dry vermouth
  • Lemon twist garnish

Barware

  • Coupe Glass
  • Cocktail Mixing Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Method

  1. Add the dry vermouth and gin into a cocktail mixing glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Stir for 45 seconds (or until glass is thoroughly chilled).
  4. Strain and serve up into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
