Here's a hot tip

The classic recipe for this cocktail has 3/4 oz. of lemon juice, which is going to be a bit sour (hence, being in the 'Sour' cocktail category). If you're more into the sweet than sour notes, we suggest going down to 1/2 oz. lemon juice, and pumping the honey syrup up to 1 oz. instead of 3/4 oz. That'll tip the scales in the favor of sweet, but still give a fair amount of sour.
